A galaxy of stars set for the TT Centenary Dinner

On Thursday June 7th race fans have the chance to celebrate the Centenary TT with the legends of the Mountain Circuit in a black tie gala evening of entertainment at the Villa Marina sponsored by Arai Helmets.

Hosting the TT Centenary Dinner will be the voice of motorsport, the legendary Murray Walker, ably assisted by BBC Sport’s Stephen Watson. In a motorcycling re-take of the Oscars, the Isle of Man Department of Tourism and Leisure will host a VIP gala dinner for 300 guests before opening the doors to an additional 450 TT fans for a retrospective view of the Road Racing Capital of the World’s 100 year history.

Each of the 30 VIP tables will be graced by a Road Racing legend and with the likes of Giacomo Agostini, Luigi Taveri, Jim Redman, Sammy Miller, Ralph Bryans and Geoff Duke being joined by modern era stars like Phillip McCallen, Carl Fogarty, John McGuinness, Dave Molyneux, Robert Dunlop and Brian Reid for a night not to be missed.

Tickets for the event will go on sale on Wednesday April 25th with VIP Silver Replica tickets priced at £160.00 per person and Bronze Replica tickets at £30.00 per person. The Silver Replica tickets will include a champagne reception where you will get the chance to mingle with the aforementioned guests and a five course meal on the ground floor of the recently re-vamped Villa Marina. Doors open 6:30pm sharp.

Bronze Replica tickets will give you a grandstand seat in the upper circle of the Villa Marina where Murray Walker and Stephen Watson will present the legendary guests to the fans in a chat show with a difference from 9.30pm.

The evening will feature unique Road Racing footage edited by the Island’s Motorsport experts Greenlight Television. This will include both archive and modern day footage with a round up of the action so far from the Centenary event.

The nominated charities on the evening, the Joey Dunlop Foundation and the ACU Benevolent Fund, will both benefit from the event, particularly from the very special end of evening auction and numbered paddles for the auction can be purchased on the night within the Villa Marina.

Tickets go on sale on Wednesday the 25th of April at 10AM. To book your tickets call the ticket hotline on 01624694555.
