Friday Evening June 4:

 

Report: 
Fastest of the evening was Bruce Anstey (Suzuki) at 125.01mph, leaving John McGuinness (Yamaha) quickest of the week at 127.34mph and when joined by Adrian Archibald (Suzuki) and Ian Lougher (Honda) there is every prospect of a battle royale in tomorrow’s Formula One race. Dave Molyneux and Dan Sayle (Honda) are red hot favourites for tomorrow’s Sidecar race, having unofficially broken the lap record by half a second on Tuesday.

Formula One:
Behind Anstey came Archibald at 124.48mph and Lougher 124.02mph. Fourth was McGuinness, fifth Ryan Farquhar and sixth Jason Griffiths.

Junior 600:
Fastest was lap record holder Ryan Farquhar (Kawasaki) at 118.55mph. Second was Chris Heath (Yamaha) at 118.25mph and third Richard Britton (Honda) at 118.16mph. Fourth was Raymond Porter, fifth Ian Lougher and sixth Jason Griffiths.

Production 1000:
Fastest was John McGuinness (Yamaha) at 121.91mph. Second was Gary Carswell (Yamaha) and third Mark Parrett (Yamaha). Fourth was Colin Breeze, fifth Guy Martin and sixth Mark Vernon.

Production 600:
Fastest was Tommy Clucas (Honda) at 117.52mph. Second was John McGuinness (Yamaha) at 117.20mph and third Adrian Archibald (Suzuki) at 117.11mph. Fourth was Chris Heath, fifth Davy Morgan and sixth Shaun Harris.

Lightweight 400:
Fastest was Richard Britton (Honda) at 110.04mph. Second was Roy Richardson (Honda) 108.93mph and third Mark Parrett (Honda) 108.26mph. Fourth Adrian Crossan, fifth Alan Bennie and sixth John Barton.

Ultra Lightweight 125:
Fastest was Ian Lougher (Honda) at 107.43mph. Second was Matt Jackson (Honda) at 105.71mph and third Garry Bennett (Honda) at 105.38mph. Fourth Robert Dunlop, fifth Jn Vincent and sixth Phil Harvey.

Sidecar: 
Fastest were Dave Molyneux/Daniel Sayle at 112.32mph. Second were Nick Crowe/Darran Hope 108.44mph. Third were Gary Bryan/Steven Hedison at 105.86mph. Fourth Tony Baker/Mark Hegerty 105.80mph, fifth Nigel Connole/Dennis Lowther and sixth Steve Norbury/Scott Parnell.

Incidents reported this evening were Rob Frost off at Kerromoar – taken to hospital with suspected fractured arm and wrist. Carl Rennie off at Keppel Gate as was Antonio Miranda – possible fractures and minor injuries respectively. John Burrows off at Governors Bridge – proceeded. Adrian Archibald off at Sulby Bridge. Ian Bell/Craig Hallam off at Cronk Ny Mona, both taken to hospital with suspected fractures.
